MoFashion Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every MoFashion purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, have original tags still attached, and be in original packaging.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
  • Exchanges: We do not facilitate direct exchanges. You may reorder the same item if it’s still available.
  • Store Credit: Once your return is approved and inspected, you’ll receive a digital MoFashion Gift Card via email. Credits never expire.

  • You are responsible for return shipping.
  • Pre-paid return labels are not provided.
  • All return shipments must include a valid tracking number.

Inspection: Store credits are issued after our team confirms the item meets return standards. We reserve the right to deny credit for items deemed worn, damaged, or unsellable.

Shipping Responsibility: We are not responsible for items damaged in transit, nor for loss, damage, or theft once a delivery confirmation is issued.

Address Accuracy: We do not change shipping addresses or re-route packages after an order has been submitted.

International Returns: Any return package requiring VAT, duties, or tariffs for release will be refused.
